Iniciativa visa o abastecimento contínuo dos Bancos de Leite Humano
A Secretaria de Saúde (SES) realizou, nesta segunda-feira (19), a comemoração oficial da Semana Distrital de Doação de Leite Materno, no auditório da Fundação de Ensino e Pesquisa em Ciências da Saúde (Fepecs). A solenidade contou com a presença da primeira-dama Ilza Queiroz, madrinha do Aleitamento Materno no DF. O objetivo da Semana é comemorar, conscientizar e divulgar a doação de leite materno por meio de campanhas, debates, palestras e seminários. A iniciativa também pretende aumentar a doação de leite materno e o abastecimento contínuo dos Bancos de Leite Humano (BLH).
Ilza Queiroz saudou e agradeceu as mães doadoras que participaram da solenidade. “Doar leite é um ato de amor e contribui para que possamos salvar vidas, alimentar crianças internadas na UTI, cujas mães não conseguem quantidade de leite suficiente para seus filhos”, afirmou. A médica também agradeceu a atuação do Corpo de Bombeiros Militar do Distrito Federal (CBMDF). “Sabemos que se não fossem os bombeiros, muitas mães até teriam a intenção de doar o leite, mas a necessidade de levá-lo ao Banco de Leite e ter um transporte adequado não seria possível sem a corporação”, enfatizou.
A primeira-dama parabenizou ainda o trabalho da SES/DF. “A Secretaria e o Governo do DF apoiam totalmente essa ação voluntária das doadoras junto aos Bancos de Leite, oferecendo assistência para as mães, informações sobre a importância da doação e da amamentação, além de mostrar que o aleitamento e a doação não são impossíveis de serem realizadas”, comentou Ilza.
A subsecretária de Atenção Primária à Saúde, Rosalina Sudo, representou o secretário de saúde, Elias Fernando Miziara, e demonstrou alegria em comemorar a data. “Trata-se de uma semana importante para lembrar toda sociedade sobre o ato de doar o leite materno. O serviço dos Bancos de Leite Humano e a doação no DF são exemplos para o país e para o mundo”, disse Rosalina.
Durante o evento foram homenageados os parceiros que atuam na doação de leite materno, como o CBMDF, servidoras dos BLH e Postos de Coleta de Leite Humano (PCLH), entre outros departamentos da SES/DF.
Também foi prestigiada, a moradora de São Sebastião, Daiane Ribeiro, 21 anos, que representou as mães doadoras e receptoras de leite materno do DF. “No tempo em que minha filha estava internada no Hospital Regional do Paranoá, fiquei um período sem produzir leite e recebi a doação. Hoje tenho leite suficiente para ela e já doei para o hospital. Da mesma forma que ela recebeu, quero continuar a ajudar outras crianças internadas, porque esse trabalho é muito bonito”, contou.

Instituída por meio da Lei nº5.154, de 19 de agosto de 2013, sancionada pelo governador do DF, Agnelo Queiroz, a Semana Distrital de Doação de Leite Materno foi inserida no calendário oficial de eventos do DF. A programação de incentivo à amamentação será realizada, anualmente, na semana que incluir a data 19 de maio, em que se comemora o Dia Mundial de Doação de Leite Humano.

An Oklahoma man was arrested after being found in a septic tank in a park
outhouse.
Kenneth Enslow, 52, was discovered by a 7-year-old girl and her mother at about
5pm Sunday when the two went to use the bathroom at a park
near Tulsa, OK, heard coughing and saw him looking up at them, according to officials.
The two fled the bathroom and called the authorities,
who ended up having to fish the peeping Tom out.

By the time officials arrived, Enslow was ‘standing with his head and shoulders out of the hole… covered in feces,’ according to an arrest report filed
by the Tulsa County Sheriff’s office.
The fire department helped the unemployed degenerate out of the cesspool using rope and hosed him off, literally, with the fire hose,
the report said.
‘They extracted him with rope and sprayed him off with
the hose on the fire truck,’ Stuart Meyer told KOTV, ‘he was covered in defecation and looked like he had been down there for quite some time.’
Enslow first claimed that he was hit over the head with a tire iron,
tossed in the back of a 1972 Chevrolet Monte Carlo and dumped there by his girlfriend Angel, according to the
report. Enslow claimed he did not ask for help because he was
unconscious.
After being taken to a local hospital as a precaution, even after
officers failed to find injuries consistent with assault from a tire iron, the pervert later
admitted he made the story up, according to KJRH.

Explaining that Enslow is not a small man, Meyer said that Enslow ‘had
to work to get into that hole… there were claims he was put
in that hole by somebody else, I don’t think that happened.’
The arresting officer did observe ‘several scratches on [Enslow’s] head, but they were old and had
scabbed over,’ the report states. The deviant also had scratches
on his arms ‘from the rough edges of the concrete slab.’
White Water Park is a lake situated on a dam just
west of Tulsa, OK. It is a popular local fishing and hiking area.
Enslow was taken from the hospital to a local jail and charged with being a Peeping Tom, a misdemeanour, a Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson told Mail Online.
He is also being held on warrants dating back to 1998 for embezzlement and illegal dumping in Okmulgee County, a spokesperson from that county’s sheriff’s office told Mail Online.

A multimillionaire who bankrolled a host of ‘teal’ climate independents has drawn criticism for comparing
Scott Morrison’s popularity to a paedophile.
Businessman and climate activist Simon Holmes à Court posted of a photo of the former prime minister with Donald Trump and their
wives at a New Year’s Eve party earlier this week,
with a controversial caption.
‘If (Mr Morrison) ever reads the replies to this tweet,
it’ll be the second time he’ll have wished he could stay in the US and avoid ever coming back home,’ he
wrote.
‘Morrison is almost as popular as Rolf Harris,’ Holmes à Court
added, comparing the Liberal Party stalwart to the late Australian entertainer who
was a convicted child sex offender.
The response to Mr Holmes à Court’s comment was swift and brutal, with one woman branding
him ‘a sick attention seeker. How disgusting’.
‘No matter your opinion of ScoMo this comparison is beyond contempt.
You should be ashamed of yourself, but we all
know you love s*** stirring purely for attention, ‘ she wrote.
Another added: ‘It really doesn’t take much to pull back the thin veneer of civility and expose the nasty piece of
work lurking underneath left-wing activists like this
one.
‘Here – the great one – compares a former prime minister to a convicted
sex offender, all because he doesn’t like Morrison’s politics.’

Politicians also slammed Mr Holmes à Court, with Liberal Senator James Paterson saying ‘It’s deranged to compare a
former Prime Minister with a convicted child sex offender, and
that it reflects on Simon Holmes à Court not Scott Morrison.’
Mr Paterson also called on teal MPs elected with the help of
his money, to say where they stand on the comments.
‘As the primary funder of the teal MPs, Holmes à Court’s wacky views do matter,’ he told Daily
Mail Australia.
‘A hung parliament at the next election could give the teals immense influence over the foreign and national security policy of
a minority Albanese government.
‘The teals should assure their electorates and the Australian people they won’t allow
Holmes à Court to dictate policy on AUKUS or the US alliance.

‘In a dangerous world the last thing we need is reckless and irresponsible views like these influencing our foreign and

One of those teal MPs, Kylea Tink, who represents
North Sydney, told The Australian that ‘Simon Holmes
à Court’s opinions are his own.
‘He was not, nor has never been, my chief fundraiser and I have never
consulted him on policy.’
Daily Mail Australia has contacted Mr Holmes à Court
and Ms Tink for further comment.
